About the Film

Fast is a dark comedy about Jake, who in preparation for an upcoming date, is put on a strict intermittent fasting diet by his personal trainer. As Jake goes through with the new diet and daily exercise, it quickly becomes too much for him and his sanity starts to collapse.

JAKE – 20s. Any ethnicity. Jake is our pudgy lead character who becomes overwhelmed by the strict diet he is put on. He is a very stressful character but also a very determined character, eager to look his best for an upcoming date with the girl that he likes. This is a very physical role, with some over the top gags throughout the script.
