Lauren is a Type A perfectionist described as the type to “get a dopamine hit from crossing an item off her list.” She’s going on a first date with Allen, but “Veronica,” her inner critical voice, gets in the way of her being able to relax and have a good time. That is until an accident gets her out of her head and into the moment. Lead. Works 2 days. Rate: $150/day
Allen: Male, late-30s/ early-40s. Attractive, kind, well-mannered, and responsible. He’s on a first date with Lauren, and strives for confidence, but “Richard” his inner critical voice, keeps getting in the way. Finally, after a small curfuffle, Allen is able to relax and have a good time. Lead. Works 2 days. Rate: $150/day
Richard: Male, early to mid-40s. Handsome, vain, domineering. Grade A Narcissist. This is Allen’s critical inner voice, materialized. Richard is an apparition of Allen’s demanding and critical father from the 1990s and Richard is seen as Allen remembers him from the early 90s. His demanding voice impacts Allen’s every move, but when Allen is pulled out of his head and starts to enjoy his time with Lauren, Richard busies himself with the beautiful and intriguing Veronica.
